Cooperating with children and youth protection investigation to protect children and youth's safety rights
 
The person who cares about the children or who is responsible for reporting will provide information to Taipei City Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault when your child or your family is experiencing the following situations :
1. Abandonment or neglect.
2. There is a beating and crying voice from the child.
3. The child has a punishment scar on his body.
4. Abusive words to the child.
5. Suffering from sexual assault or sexual obscenities
6. Leaving children under the age of six alone or allow them to be looked after by
improper people.
7. The child is not allowed to attend compulsory education.
8. Other behaviors that harm the child's body and mind.
 
According to Article 53 of The Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act , identification information of the reporter shall be kept secret.
 
In addition, according to Article 70 of The Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act , in order to ensure that your child is properly reared, Social workers are responsible for a visitation with you to understand the actual living conditions of you and your child and explain the relevant assistance by telephon, home visits, or inviting you to Taipei City Center for Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
