Taipei City Government hosts the 1st panel discussion for the “2015 Taipei City Government Public Land Development Unified Solicitation Event” at Regent Taipei Hotel on July 21, and it’s completed successfully with an active participation.

 

To promote “The Six Major Development Projects”, at 3:00 P.M. of July 21, Taipei City Government held a panel discussion session at one of the junior ballrooms, “Wan Shan Hall”, of Regent Taipei Hotel. At this session, city authorities explained to the public about how the projects were planned, what the contents of the development are and the progressing schedules, etc. Mayor Ko also delivered a speech to the audience. The sessions concluded with a great success.

 

According to the Department of Finance, this joint session had entailed projects such as “Development of Chung Shan Design Industrial Park”, “Creation of Superficies at the old premises of City Council”, “Shao Hsin South Street Public Regeneration Project”, “Ne-Hu Industrial Park Supporting Facilities Land Development Project”, Ding-Pu Station Land Development Project near MRT Tu-Cheng Line (Line 5)”, “BOT Project near Northern District Transfer Station”. Among those brought up at the session, “Development of Chung Shan Design Industrial Park” and “Creation of Superficies at the old premises of City Council”, these two projects will be announced respectively in the end of July and the end of August, 2015.

 

DOF also noted that there were about 200 participants from 112 companies joined this joint session, which included companies of construction, development and insurance. Due to their avid participation and effective communication, TCG gathered precious opinions from the attendees as guidelines for framing the backbone document.
