1. "Low Impact Development Demonstration Zone" Project
Do you know what is Low Impact Development (LID)? LID originated in Maryland, USA, and is an emerging concept that changes the development of traditional environments. In the past, the development of building environment often used impervious pavement, which lost the good water absorption, penetration and water retention capacity of the earth. The LID concept used technologies such as water permeable pavement, rainwater storage system, plant grass ditch and osmotic drainage pipe to reduce environment damage caused by the artificial development.
