How long will it take to receive the result regarding the lodged statement (complaint)?
In case the lodged statement (complaint) received by the Office requires investigation, it will be immediately transferred to the original reporting agency for investigation. The Office will reply after receiving the response from the original reporting agency, and having considered the reasons for the statement (complaint) and reviewed the various data. For those reporting cases occurring in Taipei City, the response will be made within 47 days, whereas the response to those cases occurring outside Taipei City will be given within 62 days.
