1. For officials and employees: Officials and employees must apply for parking permits from the Security Division by completing application forms and submitting motor vehicle registration cards.
2. For councilors and councilors’ assistants, borough wardens, journalists, consultants, etc.: Conditional parking permits can be issued without prior application.
3. For vendors and the disabled, etc.: Temporary parking permits are available from the security guards at the entrance of the parking lot.
