February 22,2018 | The Taipei City Government proclaimed the “Taipei City Government 2018 Implementation Program of e-Official Documents for Energy Conservation and Paper-use Reduction.” In 2018, the percentage of e-official documents approved for upload online by all levels of city governmental agencies reached 87.05% and the percentage of e-conferences reached 95.89%, with the subsequent paper procurement amount reduced by 6.9%, demonstrating effective implementation of the program. |

April 23,2018 | The Secretariat transferred the entrusted city government archives from 1960 to 1998 to the Department of Personnel of the Taipei City Government. As of April 25, these included a total of 10,099 cases (17,409 volumes). |
