Documents Division

Introduction

This division is responsible for receiving, dispatching, transferring, registering and managing the official documents of the Taipei City Government. It is also responsible for document-processing, such as:

•Receiving and dispatching official documents

•Explaining and answering questions concerning government regulations

•Modernizing processes for handling official document management files

•Disposing of obsolete documents

•Assisting other divisions in the establishment of file management systems
